Hardball Success Story
Alpla HC Hard, one of Austria's most successful handball clubs, is set to make its mark in the prestigious Handball Liga Austria (HLA). The club from the small town of Hard in Vorarlberg has been making waves in recent years, winning the Austrian Cup in 2021 and consistently performing well in the Austrian Handball Bundesliga (AHL).
HLA Debut
The HLA is Austria's top handball league, and Hard's inclusion is a testament to the club's growing stature. The club will face some of the country's best teams, including reigning champions Handball Tirol and perennial contenders Bregenz Handball. Hard's first match in the HLA will be against HSG Graz on September 9, 2023.
